Dr. Teddy Earl (Buddy) Barker was a resident of Orangeburg, SC and passed away January 9, 2011. He was an SCDA member for 50 years.
Dr Stephen O Bartlett was a resident of Folly Beach, SC and passed away January 9, 2011. He was an SCDA member for 60 years and also a member of the Coastal District.
